Situation
The c_rehash command says the below when it is invoked on the trustStore directory

./c_rehash
No directory specified, and no SSL_CERT_DIR, so processing dirs from hard-coded wild guess: /usr/local/ssl/certs
Directory not found: /usr/local/ssl/certs

Cause
The user needs to specify a trustStore directory.

Resolution
Invoke this command with the trailing period character, as shown here:

./c_rehash .
