Browse versions hangs for some users after upgrade to 7.6.1

We recently upgraded to AccuRev 7.6.1, and for 2 out of 3 users, Browse Versions just hangs, requiring a restart of the app to do anything.
It seems to be ok for a third user.
Any suggestions?
