Active Issues tabs for various streams should persist when the AccuRev GUI is next opened

Using AccuRev 7.3.0, say I open the Active Issues lists for streams Project2 and Project 3.


Next time I open up the AccuRev GUI, those tabs are no longer open.

So I'm always using streams I have to open the Active Issues List for those streams every day.

Open workspaces persist across sessions.

It would be good for Active Issues Lists to also do so.
