SYMPTOM:
After moving the site_slice and depots from one machine to another, starting the AccuRev process the following errors are reported in the acwatchdog.log file.

CAUSE:
The new license that was generated for the new machine was for 28 users.

From an 'accurev show users' command there are 39 registered users for this site_slice.

There are insufficient licenses or your license has expired. Please check your license.

Use 'accurev remove user <user>' to remove extra users

SOLUTION:
You will need to obtain a new license for the correct amount of users. In this case a license of 39.
