PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
Performing a keep operation on an element in a workspace fails with the following error:

Network error - Connection lost while receiving data. -Error-6
communications failure.

In the acserver.log file, the following entry is recorded.

SOLUTION:
Log onto the AccuRev server and perform the following steps.

1. cd into <accurev install dir>/storage/site_slice

2. Make sure the cache directory has write access by the accurev service/process.
