PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
Trying to promote kept elements from a workspace fails with the following error.

# accurev promote -k
Validating elements.
-network error - Connection lost while receiving data.
-Error- 6 Communications failure

Corresponding entry in acserver.log file

WORKAROUND:
Try promoting a smaller set of elements to isolate which element the promote is complaining about. Or promote each element individually.
