Elements remain in the default group of a stream after being promoted.

PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
After promoting elements from a stream into the backing stream, the elements remain in the default group of the stream where the promote occurred.

SOLUTION:
The reason why the elements remain in the default group of this stream is due to the stream having a time bases. When you have a time base stream, everything you promote into this stream will remain in the default group even if those elements are promoted into the backing stream.
