Promote fails with error "Does not match promote criteria".

PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
The following error is reported when trying to promote and associate an issue to the elements being promoted.

"Does not match promote criteria"


CAUSE:
This problem occurs if you change the AccuWork schema and client has not closed and opened the AccuRev GUI.


SOLUTION:
Shut down the AccuRev GUI on the client and reopen. Once complete, you should have no problems performing the promote operation.
