AccuRev Eclipse plugin does not get the workspace's parent stream when

PROBLEM:
Reparenting and updating an AccuRev workspace while using the Eclipse plugin does not reflect in Eclipse the new elements based on your new parent stream even after you perform a synchronize.

RESOLUTION:
Run an update from Eclipse, even though the update was alreay performed in AccuRev. The Eclipse project has no reference of workspace update you did in AccuRev.
