Octane backlog and Quality module

I'm having an issue with my Octane favorites today, I cannot see them for the Backlog and Quality modules

I can see them for all the other modules.. For the backlog module it looks brand new like I never logged into it . Can someone help me

    Hi,

    If you go to Backlog and Quality Module, are you able to open Load/Manage Favorites page?, if so, are you able to see your favorites description and details that were created previously? , it is supposed that the unique way to clear this data is using the delete button, or it could be due to a major change in the environment, for example a recent migration. 

    On the other hand, Are you able to create a new Favorite for those modules or are you receiving a particular error message?, this will allow you to confirm if something is wrong in this functionality. 

    If this issue is impacting you a support ticket with Microfocus Support needs to be opened so we can investigate it further.
