Hi Everyone, we are trying to get the more granular cycle time data from ALM Octane in order to track how our team is maturing in each phase of the workflow. The current data we are able to fetch from ALM Octane is the "days in phase" which is only for the current phase for each item. for example, if there are 5 steps in the workflow, this field only shows the value for each item in the current phase. But it does not show the value for all the past phases. The only place where we can possibly derive that is by potentially traversing through the Activity log and filter entries on Phase change and then do the calculation of how long it takes each item to go from one phase to the next. Does anyone has any suggestions on how to get that data more easily? thanks in advance for sharing your insights!
