How to track the automation progress of a Test case which can be used for different platforms(iOS/Android/Roku/SamsungTV..etc)

We have the functional test cases  which are same for the different platforms like iOS , Android, Roku  or samsung TV . But the same test case can be automatable in one platform but not on another based on the automation tools or other factor.How to track that information in Octane without copying/Duplication the Test cases, For Example

  •    Test case A is Automatable in iOS & Android but Not Automatable in SamsungTV, Roku
      Test case A Automation Status for iOS is in Progress but Automation Status for Android is Completed
