ALM Octane upgrade from 15.1.40 to 15.1.60

We are trying to upgrade ALM Octane from 15.1.40 to 15.1.60(RHEL 7.5). We are getting the error "Failed to load spring beans" while starting the service. We have not edited any configuration files. Has anyone come across similar to this error? Could you please help us to solve this?
