Unable to connect to server with ALM client Luancher

Hi Everyone

I am trying to connect to ALM server thrugh client launcher but it is stuck at " Processing Test Run Scheduler". And not going beyond this point. Does anyone know what can be the issue.
I am able to login thorugh web pag. Only issue is thorugh client launcher. I also tried latest client launcher which is 4.2 but problem is same. 
I checked my access and it is still active. 

The issue is I am not able to access server thorugh client launcher

    It seems more related to SaaS environment; would you please try to receive help from SaaS support via ticket process with them?
