Provide Capability to Modify/Customize Email Template

Users would like the ability to add/remove both system and udf fields when sending emails from Octane for all artifacts.

    Adding the SM SPARKS case id to the email notification title would be really helpful.  So we can track the Octane ID back to the Sparks ID without having to open the Octance case to find which Sparks Service Manger case it belongs to.
