Be able to perform REVIEWS of requirements and test plan using comments and proposals - ALM/QC 15.5

hi all!

We have several users requesting us to have the capability in ALM/QC to perform reviews of requirements and tests definitions.

The idea would be to be able to send a list of requirements or tests to review for one or more reviewers. Reviewers shall be able to porpose changes in the rich text and also include comments. They could finish the review when they are ready.

This is something existing in ALM Octane but not available in ALM/QC. A feature like that will be great.
