Knowledge Doc: "Invalid License Key for TE Edit Control" error when accessing ALM

An issue was observed on ALM/Quality Center in which a notification was shown to the end user, stating that the license for the Sub System's TE EDIT CONTROL component had expired. As a result, ALM/Quality Center users were unable to view or update the rich text field's contents.
