Knowledge Doc: Project reports are greyed out in Analysis tab

In Test Plan module, go to Analysis and select Project report. 

The options to generate a report are greyed out. 

If trying to open one of these templates from Analysis View > Analysis Menu > Test Plan Analysis Menu.
It will give the error "Unknown file format".
