Knowledge Doc: Collecting the project verify log file when there is a manual repair exception

The verify log will be generated when running a Verify Project on the project from ALM Site Administration.
Sometimes there might be a need to manually repair an issue following the verify and this log will help narrow down the cause of the failure.
