Knowledge Doc: Instructions for handling an expired project (schema) password using Oracle database

While using Oracle DB, sometimes there might be DB connection problems when clicking on a project in Site Administration.
Error message in the Site Administrator->Site Projects: "Failed to connect to Project".
Error message in SA logs: "Schema User password has expired."
