Knowledge Doc: Where to find all details for requirements on the database end?

To find and edit the desired text in existing projects or project requirements, one must identify first the project and it corresponding requirements. It may be challenging then to locate the text within the many requirements in a project, but identifying where ALM stores the requirements IDs (ReqIDs) data will help refine the query and quickly locate the desired text based on the associated ReqID.
