After upgrading ALM to 24.1 patch 1 with SSO enabled, logout method is not working as expected.

Environment

ALM 24.1 patch 1 with SSO is enabled
 

Situation

After upgrading ALM to version 24.1 patch 01, an error occurs when logging out of ALM:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><QCRestException><Id>qccore.general-error</Id><Title>General Error</Title></QCRestException>. 

The parameter ENABLE_GET_LOGOUT_METHOD was already set to 'Y'.
