We have great news for you! LoadRunner Enterprise 2023 was just released with lots of new features and enhancements!
Our Performance Engineering team is customer focused, hence we addressed many of your requests to solve the problems you encountered and to keep up with the market trends.
Back by popular demand, we reintroduced the virtual user days license, under a new name, Virtual User Flex Days (VUFDs). It is still the same license that provides you with a specified number of Vusers that you can run an unlimited number of times within a 24-hour period.
We know it is time consuming to input the same data repeatedly in each project, so we addressed this with the option to copy extra resources when creating a project from an existing project, like monitors, monitors over a firewall and analysis templates.
Another customer driven feature is the new role of Project Admin. In this manner, there will be a new available role for a specific person in the organization to assign users to specific projects.
Planning to automate several actions for the product usage? Please note that we always care for the REST API capabilities that the product offers, and in this release, we added a new parameter for the several APIs to retrieve the user and project details, based on customer feedback.
The user experience list of features does not stop here, just to name a few more: export audit data to Excel, upload .USZ format scripts, Kubernetes enhancements to support LoadBalancer service type and many more. We encourage you to check the full list in the What’s New page of the LoadRunner Enterprise ADM Help Center.
Next, talking about analytics, we listened to you, and we are happy to tell you that we added a new vendor, Prometheus, for monitoring capabilities to integrate with LoadRunner Enterprise.
There are plenty of other great enhancements, highlighting some from the VuGen – LRE integration which can be done via SSO login in your default browser, to the protocol enhancements, TruClient browser upgrades, lots of DevWeb updates around the pacing and extractors and the .NET+ shared library option in Runtime Settings.
Shifting left to LoadRunner Developer, our newest member of the LoadRunner family, there are new customer centric features like full support for gRPC and other security enhancements.
As usual we continue to invest in the user interface modernization, and this time we addressed the Reports and Licenses pages, which were updated with a new modernized look and feel.
Finally, we are happy to let you know that you can now install and configure LoadRunner Enterprise with User Account Control (UAC) and Data Execution Prevention (DEP) enabled.
