MF Connect's CONNECTIONS MESSAGES should display the current iteration number and time started

MF Connect's CONNECTIONS MESSAGES "header" should display the current iteration number and time started, right under the "Message" heading.  See the image below.  It should not scroll, as is its current functionality for the message displayed.
