PAM 4.5 on SLES15sp5 ,Resource Request reason is now show up on the report (&)info log

Dear All,

The PAM resource request have to input the reason ,the purpose of the resource request.
After the request ,the Admin can view the reason and approval the request.
But in the audit view point ,we can't view entire request list with reason from Info Log and Audit Reporting,
