Integration with IBM IIB Toolkit

Is it possible to integrate Dimensions CM with IBM IIB Toolkit ? The plugin which I tried to use is not allowing to import or manage IIB projects as such - when I try to get the files from Serena perspective in  IIB toolkit, it is getting the files merely as a file system which I am not able to use or import as an IIB project.
