Hello,

when a new request is created, the user can "Edit Detailed Description".

At the beginning an empty text editor opens.

Then the users started very creative descriptions - but all in a different way.

We have provided a "template" with a text to copy in the editor to have a common structure.

But this needs to be done for every request manually - and sometimes it is forgotten, sometimes it is copied from an existing request from the browser (losing all formatting HTML tags).

Is it possible to specify a text file as template that will always be used to fill the detailed description of a new created request?

PS: I dont talk about the HTML template that will be used to present the requests in the browser.
