dmcli Linux usage question

I'm trying to get dmcli to run under my LInux install.

It's for a script and doesn't need to open the client at all.  When I try to run, I'm getting

dmcli: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Why does the command line tool need X libraries?  What packages do I need to have to make sure I can run?

Hi Joel, in the Unix Install Guide we document:

    Open Motif Package on Linux
On Redhat Linux, SuSE Linux, and SuSE zLinux the following functionality
is dependent on the Open Motif package (for example, openmotifdevel-
    XXX.rpm or motif-devel-XXX.rpm) being installed as a
    prerequisite:
     dmcli GUI login
     dmcli console mode
     ADP triggers
This can normally be achieved by using the Yast2 utility or an equivalent
    Linux tool.

The dmcli tool includes a GUI login dialogue and is therefore linked to the libXm shared library
