What version of Dimensions CM are you running? There was an issue in older releases before we introduced support for tracking the users last login time but it should all work correctly in current releases 

I am using Dimensions CM version 14.6. I need the last login date, as well as the disabled/deactivation date

I have just tried this myself with a CM 14.6 installation and it seems to work ok for me. Both the disable_date and login_date fields are populated correctly

SQL> select enable_date, disable_date, login_date from users_profile where user_name ='TIM';

ENABLE_DA DISABLE_D LOGIN_DAT
--------- --------- ---------
06-MAY-09 12-APR-24 12-APR-24

SQL> select disable_date, login_date from pcms_users_profile where user_name ='TIM';

DISABLE_D LOGIN_DAT
--------- ---------
12-APR-24 12-APR-24

SQL> exit

Thanks, however, it seems like I cannot get any disable_date data prior to March 2023. Anything before that is null.

Hi. It would only be null for actions performed in an older version of Dimensions CM (before you upgraded). Some older releases did not store this, for that you would have to refer to the audit logs (providing you have them enabled). They would keep track of when the delete user operations were performed.

In the dm.cfg file audit logging is controlled through the DM_INTERNAL_AUDIT_CMD_FILE and DM_AUDIT_CMD_DATABASE variables
