OEL (Oracle Enterprise Linux) is not listed in platform matrix lists

As per the platform matrix for Dimensions CM 14.5.2 or 14.5.3, OEL (Oracle Enterprise Linux) is not at all supported.
Our organization's infrastructure is moving to OEL 8, and due to this incompatibility, we are not able to move the Dimensions CM server.
We need Dimensions CM to support the OEL platform, so we would like to know when it can be supported.
