Loadrunner Cloud and On premises Load generator

How do we distribute vuser load on On premises load generators?

lets say there are 3 scripts , S1 - 500 users , S2 600 users, S3 550 users and wanted to distribute equal user load on 2 On premises LGs  ie 825 on each OPLG
