How to list all LRC scripts in all projects

Background:

I have been asked to provide a list of all LRC scripts, across all projects, that my team uses. 

Questions:,

(1) Is there a mechanism available that can export all script names for all projects? 

(2) If not, is there a mechanism to export all of the script names for a single project?

(3) If either mechanism exists, what permissions are required of the user making the request?
