View Snapshot API returns "Snapshot Not Exist" message

When I click on the "Snap" icon, the loader keeps on loading. Refer to the attached snapshot

LoadRunner Cloud Version: 2021.10

Tenant id- 178690040

Note- All snapshot-related settings look perfect.

Probably it's an issue we already fixed. I suggest you check it again once newer LRC version (2022.03) is published into production. (might be next week)

Root cause of this issue is "Prefix"

When you add a prefix to your script name, it won't load the snap in case of failure

With prefix-

Without prefix

Note-

I request you to fix this issue as soon as possible.
