How can I see what access users have, as an example I can I see if a user is listed as an Admin in LRC?

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you are looking for the function to manage user in LRC. The user management is part of Project Management functionalities.
Please refer to the document as below:
admhelp.microfocus.com/.../c_ProjectManagment.htm

If your tenant doesn't have Project Management enabling, please open the ticket to support team.

I'm just simply trying to see who has admin access and who does not. I don't see anything in that link or in Management that shows me that information. In addition I don's see how to add someone as and Admin user.

Hi,

Unfortunately, LRC doesn't have user interface to show Admin lists or modify user role.
I suggest to raise a ticket to support team for further assistance.
