How to download Load runner enterprise version into your system as I can't access any downloadable material and only trial access request is what I have raised but its pending for last 2 weeks. Please help!

My trial access request is pending for 2 weeks. Please let me know how to download LR tool now.

Earlier we used to directly download free version of LR into system but currently I can't see those option available. Please help!
