Unable to click on the Results tab in LRE 2022

I have some users after they click on View Results on the LRE Dashboard.  Once on the results Dashboard the user tries to click the results tab and nothing happens.  LRE 2022 is located in the AWS environment.  I also have a LRE 2021 setup on a on Prem environment and no one has issues downloading the results.  There is a KM000013615 talks about similar issue but the resolution doesn't work for my users.

    , we see that with some projects as well. (AWS and LRE 2022R1). I've no solution. Create a support ticket.

    An alternative way might be:

    Navigating toolbar -> Test Runs

    Select the test you want to examine and at right side open 'Details' and tab 'Results'.
