The recorded script contains no Steps

I have installed Loadrunner community version 2023 and built 628. During recording the event count increases to 12 and stops. After I stop the recording I get an error message status "The recorded script contains no Steps". Please help with this issue as I am unable to get the script to create transactions. I have tried all the options recommended in this forum but didn't work for me.  My colleagues are able to record the script successfully without any issues. What could be the issue with my machining that blocking the recording?
