Error 4010: The provided host is invalid

We are trying to add load generator (that machine having LRE host installed),in LRE Admin page under host tab when we try to add getting error" Error 4010: The provided host is invalid".....can you please provide resolution for this issue ..

We are using loadrunner version 2022 R1.

    Hello Satish,

    The error "4010:The provided host is invalid" is a very common error when adding LG on LRE.

    You may have a try :

    -confirm that the host and the server have the same passphrase

    -re-run server/host config wizard and remove and re-add the host on UI

    -set host to run as process

    -check whether necessary ports are opened(54245,54345,3333,8731)

    -check whether the firewall is disabled

    -check system time on the server and the host are the same.

    -check if there are additional messages in log files under orchidtmp\LTLogger\LTOPSvc(host) / orchidtmp\LTLogger\w3wp&LRECoreApi (LRE server)

    Hi Tina,

    I checked all above points all are same as you mentioned and also when I check LT logger file it's showing message as host installation is invalid
