The X.509 certificate could not be loaded from the file error in LRE Version upgrade process

Hi Team,

We are planned to upgrade the LRE 2022 R1 Version to LRE 2024.1 version. 

after upgrade the software in LRE Server we are tried open LRE admin page while opening the we got One of the certificates could not be loaded, check the logs for more detail.

In logs, we are observed OLD Lincenses file in logs.

Can any one suggest solution for this.
