unable to add host lre machine in LRE admin page in 2022.01 version

Hi Team,

When we trying to add host machine in LRE admin page it was not adding continually its loading to add.

Other error:

Both server and host machine having Loadrunner 2022 R1 version installed.

Operation failed.

4016 error: host services are unreachable.

before it is running but I restarted after I check services in task bar it not able run Getting below error on screen. 

And also, I tried adding the host in Site management Page also their also its not added having loading issue.

Kindly, suggest solution if i need to check any process.
