In LoadRunner Enterprise 24.1, we are unable to utilize timeslot booked from LRE LoadTest for a project/test/resource while executing test from Jenkins plugin.

If we try to trigger a test for a project/test/resource where timeslot is already booked in LoadTest portal, then Jenkins job fails to trigger with below message,
"startRun failed. Error: executeRequest exception: Failed to create reservation for new run, reason: The following host(s) are already in use or already reserved: {Host} (C + LG)"

We need to have option to be able to utilize existing timeslot from Jenkins plugin as well.

Also, timeslot consumption should not be restricted on a user level. In other words, irrespective of user who books timeslot any other user should be allowed to consume it for that project/test/resource.

Please consider this as enhancement to LRE 24.1
