LRE 2022 R1 : Analysis Summary Report View issue

Hi Team,

Ever since ALM is decoupled, LRE Analysis summary report has view issues.

Until Performance Center 12.63, Analysis summary report view was working fine without any impact. 

Since the Performance center was rebranded to LoadRunner Enterprise, Analysis summary report shows a blank screen upon changing the scale & layout setting to 100% the view is accurate however upon changing those settings it impacts all the other application including the browsers thus  it's not an ideal fix.

Kindly help to fix this issue at least in the upcoming releases of latest version.

    It looks to me a bug that can be solved by make sure that your display setting use a Scale of 100% (Windows Start -> Settings -> System -> Display -> 'Scale & Layout' -> Scale should be 100%.

  • There were about a dozen major releases of LoadRunner between PC/ALM 12.6x and LR2023 R1.I have seen several cases where a deprecated feature causes issues in the 'New' version.

    First check: If your scripts are also from v12.63, you may be collecting data that creates a deprecated data condition. Per the advice in VuGen's Guide, it would probably be best to Rerecord/Redevelop in the new syntax for the cleanest 'conversion' to LR2023 R1. 

    Second check: You may have a deprecated Analysis/Reporting template in place. If you jumped straight from 12.63 to 2023 R1, this is very highly likely. Many objects and processes have had several changes. 

    My first advice would be to rerecord/redevelop the scripts in the new syntax, if you haven't already.
    If that doesn't Resolve your issue, the best thing would be create a new, 2023 R1 compliant analysis Template, and upload that to this Test's assets..
    If you still have visual defects or artifacts, you may need to open a case with OpenText.
