System Health check: Fail to connect to Influx Database

Issue:

After migrating to version LRE2022R2 and running the System Health Check we received the following message on all of our Controllers/Data Processors. The failure appears after the specific HOST was used at least once for Analysis.

Fail to connect to Influx Database: Please check you credentials and permissions.

Workaround:

This failure has no impact on a test. For that reason, there is no need to solve it.

Be aware that the collate for each test run should be completed. Otherwise, we will lose the results.

On the Controller that is failing

  • stop service LRE data service
  • delete the folder <LRE HOST Installation folder>\orchidtmp\influxdata
  • start service LRE data service

Solution:

There is currently no final solution. This issue will occur again after analyzing a test with this HOST.
