Not able to Launch the runtime setting

Hi ,

I am currently utilizing Version 2023 R1 Build 251, and I am encountering difficulties launching the Runtime setting. Despite attempting to do so with administrative privileges, the issue persists..It only displays a spinning blue circle.

Please suggest

    Situation

    Runtime settings shows blank in LRE UI

    Cause

    Issue is related to permissions.

    Resolution

    Right-click on Start and select Run.

    1.  In the Windows Run dialog type dcomcnfg then click OK

    2.  Expand and click DCOM Config as before then View > Detail., we can now see a list of components and their Application ID . Select the App Id

    3. Modify the Security Permissions simply right-click and choose Properties.
    This will open the Properties window for our AppID Registry key.

    4. In this window select the Security tab to add the service user.

    5. Apply to save changes
