Can't Get LR Professional Trial

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have registered in 2022 and downloaded LR Professional 2022 at that time. Now I can't get LR Professional 2024 as I see a message on my account portal that my trial is expired. Could you please advise how can I get the new latest LR Professional?
