Sporadic "CCI compilation error" due to "Can't Read pre_cci.c" when Starting a Scenario

Hello,

In LoadRunner 2021 R1, I recently starting seeing the following errors occur when starting to run a scenario:

"Error: CCI compilation error -C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\LoadRunner OneLG\bin\cci.exe: can't read `c:\users\local_user\appdata\local\temp\brr_yar.139\global_dir\83631607\pre_cci.c'"

and

"Error: Vuser compilation failed."

No additional information is otherwise given, and when the same vuser that fails is restarted, it compiles and runs without issue.  I've seen this error in multiple scenarios and on multiple different physical load generators; additionally, I've tried doing a clean uninstall/reinstall of the LG software on the generators, and that has not resolved the issue.  When I check the path mentioned above on the LG it fails on, the pre_cci.c file doesn't exist, so that explains why it can't be read, though a handful of other temporary files do exist in this directory.  I thought it might be an access or permissions issue, but that seems less likely since restarting the vuser has always worked perfectly fine.  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?  Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Heldmacm
In a release a few years back we had a similar issue with the cci and this was being flagged my McAfee and other AV scanners due to us missing a signature.
We issued a patch release. I don't exactly recall the specific version but I would urge you to upgrade to 24.1 and run the same test.
    Thanks David
