LoadRunner 2021R1 TruClient Mobile Web script won't run on Controller.

We are checking out the TruClient Mobile Web protocol tin LoadRunner Professional 2021 R1.  The script records and replays in VuGen without issue.  When I try to run in in Controller, it initializes the user, sets it to run and then sets it to pass without running the transactions.  We have used TruCleint Mobile Web in the past without any problems.  There is a "Mobile UI" license bundle displayed in the LoadRunner :License Utility.  Is it possible that this is preventing us from using TruClient Mobile Web?
