Citrix recording in VuGen.

Hi,

Greetings for the day!

am trying to create a test script. The application is accessed via Citrix web.

I am using multi-protocol - Web HTTP/HTML and Citrix.

VuGen Script is able to login to the Citrix web but when the application is being clicked/launched, it doesn't work

Manually the I am able to open the application via Citrix.

LoadRunner professional version 2023 R1. Windows 10 machine. 

Suggestions for this problem are highly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

    hi,

    please make sure that during recording the runcitrixclient.exe is used to open the ica file.

    this executable is in the ..\OpenText\LoadRunner\bin folder.

    Also make sure that the following settings are done:

    - EnableLUA is set to 0 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\  (here)

    - Data execution prevention is set to "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"  (here)

    - the supported Citrix Workspace version for 2023R1 is Citrix Workspace 2203 Cumulative Updates 3, 22.03.3000.
