In LoadRunner Professional 2021 R1, following an upgrade to Windows 11 on our physical controller machine, replay snapshots are no longer shown for any script that was recorded before or after the OS upgrade. This behavior does coincide with the upgrade, but we have another physical controller that received the same upgrade and it doesn't have the same issue. I've have another log on the machine with the problem, and also can't see any replay snapshots. The recording snapshots are working perfectly fine, and there's no error message shown in the snapshot section for a replayed script; instead, the snapshots are simply not shown for any step. I've confirmed the replay snapshots do appear to be available in the script results folder, and I'm able to open them outside of VuGen. Finally, I have tried doing a repair of LoadRunner following the upgrade, and that has not solved the issue. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions short of completely reinstalling LoadRunner or upgrading to a later version (since this previously worked just fine prior to the OS upgrade)? Thank you.
