I can't create a request to download LR Professional

Hi, for the moment I'm unemployed with a common commercial email domain. I'm asking from a company where I'm applying to do a script in vugen. At the moment of trying to dowload LR, I got this message:

I clicked all possible options to Create a request, but I'm unable to find it. I have these options but I have no idea what to search.

Can someone please help me? Thanks!
